What is Reflexology?

Reflexology is a complimentary, integrative, blended health science through which an exercised pressure is applied to reflex areas formed by 7,200 nerve endings in each hand and each foot, encouraging IMPROVED instruction thus persuading the body to biologically correct. Reflexology works to re-educate, re-pattern and re-condition the nerves through the neuro-electrical system of the body.

What Does Reflexology feel like?

Reflexology may feel like a foot massage, but it’s actually quite different. Reflexology works with the nerves and massage work with the muscles and soft tissue. ‘Nerves instruct the body. Nerves respond to stimuli. Exercised pressure (reflexology) is a form of stimuli.’

How Will I Feel After a Session?

Most people feel a burst of energy for the rest of the day, while also feeling relaxed, similar to the feeling after a full body massage.
